They just nerfed her shield to 23 seconds last patch, and I guess they decided they hit her too hard. 15 seconds was the old all-ranks cooldown, anyway.

You can't call Red baron legendary.... urf rider is more legendary than that thing.

i can, because its 1820, its a legendary skin. only exception is surprise party fiddles, which is 975 to celebrate riots second birthday.
and i didn't know battlecast cho was going to have this much work put in it... battlecast urgot doesnt have a new voice, for example.
