Lux's pool got changed so it could start its cd timer as soon as thrown rather than when it detonated, so that players wouldn't be punished for using it for area control.

Gragas' barrel is basically the same spell, so why doesn't it work the same way? o.o
Is it cause Gragas is better? ._.

Gragas is 7 seconds cooldown compared to lux 10, he got an AS slow for 3 seconds and does more damage, hell no.

Nah I don't like Gragas all that much, so IMO he's not better.

Gragas fills an entirely different role in a team than Lux. So why would we balance him based on what Lux has?

I'm just saying if they think being punished for delaying lux's skill is anti fun, then why is gragas' not the same way? o:

Higher base damage, higher ap ration and provides AS debuff.
I think that's a pretty good reason.

Gragas es pro poker. If they changed the cooldown to be lower, it'd be broken, make it higher and it would suck. he's great the way he is.

The reason they changed Lux's E is because it provides a debuff while just sitting out there as well as zone control. Barrel Roll on the other hand provides a debuff during damage instead of while idle.

You're not losing anything by popping Gragas Q early while you were if you popped Lux E early.
