Yeah, your guide is definitely the best out there.
Nyoike y u troll, obviosly u get armor/mr for other laner early so they do less damage(duh.) HE SAID WHY HE GETS ROA, MORE AP AND SLIGHTY MORE TANKY. Ap seals for, duh, more damage.
Obviously Annie is almost never seen in ranked because if you're smart you can dodge her stuns. Honestly, is it really that hard to understand this guide
You won't need armor/mr for other laners, unless you are doing really bad. A properly played Annie will have the enemy completely zoned as soon as her stun is up. If they decide to get close, you will win in the trade with the stun and damage burst.
RoA does give more AP and a little more tankyness, but it cost 3k, the same as a Rabadons and it takes 10 minutes to gain it's full potential. RoA is more for caster offtanks than AP carries.
AP seals would be a waste, you'd be better off with even mana regen, which isn't needed on a properly played Annie as well. The 1.8(x9) at level 18 will make no significant difference, about 11 damage for each spell, before mitigation from enemy MR.
Annie used to be one of the most banned in ranked, if I remember correctly.
This guide is difficult to understand at times due to the total clutter, and the multiple grammar and spelling errors.
If you actually look at my build you don't get magic resist in item or masteries also your build has a complete wrong build order. you get kages after you get rabadons the you get moonflair spellblade in what world do you get that.
Funny, after I commented on this guide it's been changed, fancy that.
(Except that the BBCode cheatsheets in the guide take longer to update:
You had 3/3 points in
You have also changed the seals to health, which is better, but still not the best.
What are you talking about Kage's in my guide, in both my guide and in your guide, there is a Kage's listed before Rabadon's. That would be preffered as it will give you the most gold output from just holding onto it, esp. for it's low price and the boost to AP.
Why does nobody realize how good Moonflair can be? Moonflair give the same amount of tenacity as Merc Treads, as well as giving AP, the cost is a little higher than the cost for Merc treads, but if you went with Merc Treads, you'd also be missing out on the Magic Pen early game that you need. It is more of a situational item, but I find that I get good use out of it every game.
And considering that you two have both called me troll/checked out my guide to try and point out problems with it, yet I haven't received more downvotes on it, I'm going to take a guess that you two were the anonymous down votes I received recently.
Downvote from me, guide is missing too much information, you get RoA, and why AP seals? And then masteries? Why would you need the armor/mr at all?
Overall this guide could work, for a low level that is, lvl 30/ranked I can't see it working too well.
