So I'm a total noob to Vent and I'd just like to know one thing:

Is there any way to turn off the annoying "beep" noises for when you press the hotkey to turn your microphone on? Also, how does one prevent the sounds from playing whenever someone enters or leaves the server?

To fix the annoying bipping go to Setup, then un-check "Play Key Clicks". The other thing; Go to "Events" and fix it there :)

i turn off key clicks, but i keep on the enter/leave noises, helps me notice when someone disconnects, so im not talking to dead space

The enter/leave noise you have to fix through 'Events's in the Ventrilo setup, as specified in my above comment :).

Go into where you have the server configuration, and put your password where the server password should be :)
