Does in your world building tanky means giving up any attack sped items whatsoever? How do you explain champions like , , , ? They're tanky as hell and they CAN'T live without attack speed bonuses. You know, there are other items except and that give attack speed, but if you'd get your head of your a** you'd see them. Things like , , , . All of them can be used for tanky builds.

Besides, "extremely tanky" is a big overstatement. I've made two builds for Xin which are way more tanky than this one(double the HP bonus), both with a 70% bonus to attack speed. It is possible, you just have to use your brain and make the build as a whole, not just slap in item after item thinking how good each is.

And it has a pretty big cool-down too... wrong, just wrong...

Did you even look at the other guide? the one without attack speed is for being extremely tanky
