Let me explain, the nashor's tooth, in my own words, and why it fits twisted fate like a glove. Nashor's tooth allows you to proc stacked deck a lot more, which is a lot of burst damage late game, if you imagine, its about 400 damage, twenty-three minutes in to the game. Also the nashors tooth gives ability power along with the attack speed, the other option besides this would be a malady which I would only build if the enemy AP carry got fed. Other than that I mentioned in the section THE BUILD! That a death fire grasp or dfg for short, would be a good item for extra damage as well. Blue buff however if you have a Warwick or a Jayce solo-top or maybe even an ezreal blue buff is nice to give it to them in fact i prefer it, because I have blue card, and im very good about keeping my mana high for when I need to burn a lot of it. Abyssal Scepter is also recommended in THE BUILD. Please read the entire guide even if its not the most exciting thing its a great build and I give a lot valuable information.

If you're the ap carry, you should have your blue buffs, so you have enough CDR to do something to your team, so buying not viable and complete trash item is waste of your gold and time. Try to replace it with some other item, not giving any votes.
