Exactly. As in, you will probably have 9 people who don't know how to handle him. Also, an almost 8 second AoE ground slow is ridiculous.

The damage isn't because an ULT is usually meant to do a lot of damage
It is NOT a stun. You can still use your summoner spells, use magic or even press Shift+3 to dance, while his ulti is in effect. There was a time, when you could even teleport in this time. The only thing is, that you can't move, blink or auto-attack.
But again, it is NOT a stun!
