Countering Yi as Ryze?

[/quote] Ryze is a dps mage, which means he doesn't get as hindered by magic resist as burst mages do. Therefore, the % magic pen is not always necessary but only in a few situations. [[Rod Of Ages]] provides a nice passive, great amount of ap and mana and a ton of health. Ever since Ryze got changed (better ap scalings, lower mana scalings), this has become a core item.[/quote]
