Right now I'm not home, but at home I have 60Mb/s down and 5Mb/s up. Ping was somewhere between 5 and 10 ms. I have one of the worst internet plans though, here we have up to 200Mb/s.
Also, those are Megabits, not Megabytes. 1 megabyte (MB) = 8 megabits (Mb).

You should check the 4G network plans. I know one of my friends moved to the north where he had no proper connection, but with wireless he had close to 100 Mb/s download and about 20 ping or so. Then again, you have pretty low ping so you don't really need anything better for gaming.

Ye, there are probably good 4G speeds here since Sweden has pretty good 4G nets overall. I don't wanna pay a lot for that though (it's probably expensive). I like keeping my phone bills cheap :3

Obviously you wouldn't use it through your phone since it's really expensive. Look for mobile broadbands, here 100Mbps costs 30€ a month with a broandband pen.

Seems to put the most emphasis on DL speed for grading.
its cold up here, the lines freeze, signals take longer to get through, slows down ping :D Plus installing a modem in an igloo isn't easy!

Actually, the colder it is the faster the signal. That's why the superconducters at CERN are at about 1 degree kelvin. Way past superconductors actually, but I forgot the proper name.
Still, I have 60Mbps download, 5Mbps upload and 10 ping at home and I don't remember getting an A. I think I had a C.. = /
