I'm not sure about the exact number. It's not as high as the college, I was referring to the % at which my internet at home is rated. Well not in the 99th percentile but better than 95% I think..Somewhere near there. It's good enough that I rarely have issues with the internet.

Over here it's not very costly. The standard is 100 down and costs about 50€ with tv and phone included. The 360 one costs 60€ more. I still use an old package that was discontinued since I'm too lazy to change, so I'm stuck at 60mb down.
Eventually, internet will simply be standardized globally. Rather I would hope it would be at some point.

It's my computer which is slow..I need to go through and clean off my desktop...On the bright-side I finally got my Demon Hunter to 60 and beat Diablo on Hell difficulty. So now I can play CS:GO (On XBOX), Dlay D3/LoL/Bullet Rune/W.E. plenty of games to distract me from my important class work.
