I edited my guide to be closer to what I originally intended. You are right on most of your speculations and I rectified (hopefully) most of it.
Albeit I didn't want to do a section on the bloodthirster v infinity edge shabang even though I can explain it(spent a long time on it today maybe some other day)

I'm actually doing a rewrite on this guide after doing a bit of math, and I did make some errors, q is supposed to be gotten first but somehow it got switched to fourth.

TBH, the writing style of the guide annoyed me. Typos here and there, etc etc.

Having said that, the guide was actually surprisingly solid. I won't rate it up because I believe other guides should be up there (filled with detail, depth and above all, more respect for the champion, which you clearly don't exhibit as well). This guide is over-rated, but no more than that. It's a decent pocket guide.

I'm surprised you don't take Q more over E since Q scales more over E, and it has a further harass (from bottom bushes to as far as enemy turret). It's what I use to secure first blood more than E. I'd take Bloodthirster earlier so you can get started on the stacks earlier.

I would also say stacking Doran's is situational as well. If you are farming well and killing enemies, you might as well skip the Doran's, grab a Vampiric Scepter and rush straight for Infinity Edge.

But all-in-all, not a bad guide. I just think there are better ones that deserve a higher position than this guide.

q skill is very important for varus. why did you unlocked at level 4?

I play Varus as a free to play champ and i win 80% of the matches.
