I still feel that there might be something off with the ult. Played her first time this morning and nopes, Didn't melt enemies like it used to even for a halfchanneled ulti. And weaker early since she has to go in melee to make her q harass hurt.

The **** is not doing the damage indicated in the tooltip, that's a given now
I've hit some full ults and the damage was most certainly not

Oh btw I think is commonly expected for

Zio:yep, which makes her incredibly non-mobile compared to before when you had lowest cd at 13 and not 18. With the new long cd e she does less damage because it is insanely hard to pop those q marks without an active gapcloser. And you will be more reluctant to use e offensively if you know it takes longer before you can use it defensively.
And q does less damage if mark is not consumed.
