After some more testing, it seems to happen after using Ult and then W (her shield). It's not very consistent either...

ive seen her ignore direct stuns from ryze and a hecarim ult. she is glitched as hell.

I can't say I've seen this, Morg and Lux roots work, Udyr and Brand stuns work too. Xin knockups, Bltiz grabs, all the usual stuff seems to work on Diana just fine. I've not played against a Ryze or Hec yet... I'll get a friend into a custom game to test that out. Mighta just been an unseen QSS/Cleanse? Or an actual glitch, who am I to say xD
One thing I'll be sure to try vs all these is the glitch itself which is when I R then W without moving the champ around at all. Then after the W finishes or only if all 3 orbs are popped and her shield is refreshed... I dunno. So many variables.

Well looking at the variables and doing scientific tests is what separates "casual" players from the serious ones. Keep up the research, believe it or not science and math can transform your game.

My friend gave up/got bored after a while but after 10 different champs with CC matchups we weren't able to recreate anything like what you described, we tried various skill combinations, situations, and even a few unorthodox builds.
Ryze stopped me in my tracks every time Rune Prison was used as well as Hec's ult, even Shyvana's ult faithfully worked as it should despite my best efforts to glitch out of them.
Tomorrow I'm gonna take some video via Fraps of the movement glitch I was talking about and put it up on Youtube. Maybe someone else can confirm what I'm talking about or perhaps it's just my client/PC. *shrugs* It's not game breaking, as far as I can tell, but it's annoying.
