The first suggestion, they're working on.
The second suggestion though, probably not going to happen. It's like going to court for murder but getting time off your sentence because you didn't litter.

So first as you may know the Tibunal works by allowing you to either pass judgement on our fellow players. It gives a good amount of info to make your judgement, the players selection, their champ, kill/death/assist and spells and build, and of course the chat log from the game as well as the individual reports.
So how could this be made better, and how now it can let good players get punished and bad let go. By missing 2, in my opinion important things, the champion select chat log, and the after game stat screen chat log.
My thoughts behind come from personal esperiences where the person only talked during champ select and after match chat.
I had one teammate that in champ select, first thing she said, "f***tard feeders, you are going to suck and lose us the game"
Now we thought maybe just being a little blue and said, "nah we gonna kick butt"
her reply"no you guys are going to suck and lose this game by f***ing feeding'
Of course she did the feeding in the game, but me and the other guy on TT were able to dominate the enemy 3 and win it.
My point in all of this, is that alot of times in the tribunal the whole team and enemy team will report, but nothing in chat log, so I think maybe in champ select and after game report screen, so I usually have to pardon based off the available info.
Another thing I would like to see, is that in the Tribunal each case has multible incindent files, now I would like to see the ability to judge on incident by incident basis. Cause more often than not, that one incident you would pardon, but another you wouldnt, and the internal struggle of what to do is maddening.
Those are my thoughts, any feedback, and maybe some changes can be made for the better.
