Issue with the Tribunal.

My point in all of this, is that alot of times in the tribunal the whole team and enemy team will report, but nothing in chat log, so I think maybe in champ select and after game report screen, so I usually have to pardon based off the available info. Another thing I would like to see, is that in the Tribunal each case has multible incindent files, now I would like to see the ability to judge on incident by incident basis. Cause more often than not, that one incident you would pardon, but another you wouldnt, and the internal struggle of what to do is maddening. Those are my thoughts, any feedback, and maybe some changes can be made for the better.[/quote]
