If you look at Rengar's Headhunter Skin closely on his shoulder he has Kog'Maws skull.

i get so torn when i play Rengar on that skin because i LOVE Kog'Maw....

I have a sort of suspicion that this next void creature would be Omen, seeing as he wasn't completely abandoned and all...

As for Rengar's Lore, I stopped caring after I read Syndra's. God yes, playing a power drunk betch, that's what I like.
