ok this is sn0wwarrior's official review by request of this guide

#1. The Cheat Sheet
The cheat sheet at top of your guide looks complete and in order so good job with that. I would like to say i disagree with going double Doran's Ring (that's just my preference and has no reflect on the guides grade).

#2. intro/runes/mastieries/abilities
Overall looks good, nice usage of proper bbcoding. good format, and solid explanation for why you do what you do. In the pro's and con's I would suggest rewording the line "cc from Chum the Waters" to the line "good cc ult" or something like that. Also I dont know if you inteded it or not but you heading for your runes are not lined up.
NOTE: you have said in your stuff to come section that you will add jungle fizz notes, I would recommend that you add Smite to the summoner spells chapter for 2 reasons. 1. because it is the only one not listed 2. This will remind people that he can jungle and in a way is part of making a more complete guide by pointing that fact out with smite.

#3. Items
Your items are listed in a semi-unique way in that it varies from the standard of listing items in order you buy them. While it feels strange at first to see it this way, other guides have done this very well. Your guide's focus being on the Fizz's abilities and the items you use makes this work very well for you. I also like how you remembered to include some nice alternate items for each category. One thing I did notice is you do not address boots/boot options. You may want to consider adding this ASAP.

#4. conclusion/results
For what is in your guide at the moment I would say its good and on 1-10 scale (which is my grade scale) I would say that current info is around the 6-8 range. I do like what you've done and based on my grade scale (1-3 down vote, 4-6 give time for adjustments before vote, 7-10 upvote) I would give you an upvote. HOWEVER, do to that you dont have the game play section written yet (the lack of the jungle section being of much less importance) I can not give an upvote yet because I would consider this guide incomplete right now.

Due to the above reason(s) I am giving this guide a score of 6. Make some or all of the listed adjustments and PM for a follow up once the game play section is done and I will be glad to look it over and assuming there are no MASSIVE errors and issues with it I will go ahead and then give a +1. (note: I am not voting -1 I am simply not voting at this time refer to my scoring method for explanation).

A very good guide just a few thing to point out, there are a few grammer and BBCode errors.

At the bottom: instead of center you have cnter

At the Top: You have fizz, instead of Fizz

Pretty much it for now I will look more closly otherwise +1
