I am seriously happy about the new changes to the tiers. I was trying so hard to get to bronze after digging myself into an awful hole but now I am bronze! YAY! Now to try and get to silver. Only 31 elo away. Shouldn't be too hard..............................

I think a WTF tier could definitely fit for your takedowns and minion kills but I have seen a hell of a lot more wins before. The max I have seen I think was ~1700 in normals.

I think that the adjustement of medals are ridiculous...wtf!
Why give everyone a medal? Now everyone can reach bronze medal...guys, if everyone can have it its not a medal anymore, explained huh?
If I play a race with Bolt and other olympionic champions I will be the last but rewarded with a medal! YAY! A MEDAL...FOR BEING LAST!
