Impulse is a very reliable system that is run by GameStop PC downloads; it is kind of like a steam client except I don't think there are friends on it...but anyway, if you get a game through it and download it, it'll automatically go directly to download on steam or download through the client and then appear on your steam list if it is a game steam has.
So essentially this is a steam sale, 1 weekend only, for 100 really nice games for a great price. What are you guys waiting for? =D
