I suggest you vayne, she has more mobility, she gets kills easier, has more escapes and awesome true damage on her w. (but she has terrible base health, armor and surviability)
Kog'maw is kinda riskier pick, he requires some knowledge of game, matchups.

Hey, I have Irelia and Sejuani, the first for top, the second for mid. I don't know what Champ to buy next... I'm guessing something to use for mid? I like tanky characters or very mobile characters.
Whatever champ I buy, I'd like it to be one that I don't have to restock my whole rune page for... so something that works mid with Movement Quints and defensive Sygils and Runes would be great.

Sejuani is supposed to jungle, if you want a good reliable mid, I'd go with Ahri, her skillshots are a bit to get used to, but she holds up well against most mids.
Thought you would have to buy some Potency quints and force glyphs or something for her.
