Water on my Laptop

[quote=Canoas]When your laptop/phone/etc gets wet the first thing you do is shut it down and take off the battery. If you don't it'll short circuit and might blow up or fry up the circuits. Afterwards you just leave it to dry. NEVER power it before it's completely dried. If you're going to use a hair dryer make sure you don't put it close, or the PC may overheat. The best way is to use a vacuum cleaner to suck out the moisture and create an air flow through the pc. Putting it in a warm room is also recommended. It's probably damaged by now though.[/quote]
