Yellow: Armor
Quints: Gold
Blue: 50/50 scaling and flat magic rez.
Feels pretty "universal" to me, although some other pagers fit better some champs. IE: I dont use armor yellow on Taric and prefer gold.

Armor yellows are hilarious on Taric. And the reds.
But yeah, armor on yellows and reds, MR on blues, and GP10 on quints works on every support. I usually run scaling MR on my supports, because I'd rather have more MR at level 6 than more MR at level 1.

Ms quints work really well with agressive supports like Taric, Leona and Alistar, otherwise go gold/10. For blues I don't think that there is anything better than scaling mr. For reds and yellows take armor.
Every time you succeed, I bleed a little.
If I had to take something universal for ALL supports, aggressive or not, i'd take:
Armor marks, because Mpen marks only work on aggressive supports, and there isn't a whole lot of options in that slot.
GP seals, because, while armor seals are a good choice, they don't synergise well with all supports. Feel free to use armor seals if you use supports that get in harm's way often, tho.
Mres per level glyphs, because you don't want to be bursted down into oblivion by an AP carry in the later mid game. That, and, again, not a whole lot of useful options that always work ( Soraka likes the CDR glyphs, Leona and sometimes Taric benefit from flat AP glyphs, etc.).
