honestly if yer jungling go with a normal jungler build and if yer solo top go with a bruiser build until someone makes a guide here or on solomid.com with a build thats good

I haven't gotten to play him yet, PBE doesn't like me at the moment. Plus, my playing time is somewhat limited and I am grinding through ranked.
However, looking at his abilities, I would build like this:
Mercury's Treads
Bloodthirster
Frozen Mallet
Maw of Malmortius
Guardian Angel
Randuin's Omen
Survivability galore, while giving enough AD to act as the assassin you are.

imho I'd stack Bloodthirsters with a GA. Maybe a Hextech Gunblade seeing as his Q isn't on-hit, but then I've never played him :P
