Person? I'm afraid not. He's a robot created right at the end of WW2 by the Nazis. Luckily the war ended before he was deployed. It's said that he was created by mashing together a thousand tamagotchis stolen from dying children and infusing them with the pure vile essence of a million tarantulas.
