Rengar was really strong. He could easily spam his abilities and his Savagery was on a relatively low cooldown. It also has an extremely strong AD scaling since it's total AD not bonus or base AD. That's why he was banned in most ranked games. Kha'Zix doesn't need a nerf. I agree that his damage output is insane but getting early game armor can shut him down easily. Rengar is a lot stronger than Kha'Zix. I have yet to see a Kha'Zix beat me as Rengar.

riot should at least make rengar as he was when he was released because right now he is totally useless. No sustain late game . Cooldowns are too high ( especially ulti ) and he can't gank easily because of that . a good suggestion for his cd on ulti could be 80/60/40 or something like that

Smart people max W first. This gives you big amounts of armor and mr and heals you aswell if you doublecast it. And it deals crazy amounts of damage aswell.
Actually I'm not saying Max Q first Im saying you pick Q first then go to Golemns get 4 Ferocity go to Lane and FB the Opponent with combo the rest don't matter
