While this guide isn't the greatest, I will say you have the beginnings of a good guide here. You need some better coding, but you do have a good idea about what sorts of extras you could include. I gave you +1 because I can tell you are new to this, as I was not too far back. I'd recommend you read this so you can get a better idea of what to do. My guides aren't exatcly highly listed so I understand your plight.

Not very informative, your choice of item is actually good, but masteries is bad. I mean which Graves go for 9 on utility tree? You should add in a quick Vampiric Scepter for life steal.
