I'm pretty sure it's not 2.5 AS o.o
And are you sure it's true damage?
Because I've seen Yi tank it for 30+ seconds
NO ONE could sustain through 2500 true damage per second, probably not even full dps + lifesteal Sion against an enemy with 0 armor.
And I've quadra killed in fountain with him before, while building pretty tanky o.o

There were bugs where if you dced and reconnected (before the patch where it would auto-matically reconnect) and you could left click the laser for the stats.
I saw 999 or 1000 (forget) AD and 2.500 AS.
And if you were fairly tanky (~3000+ hp) you could actually see it chunk your health down.

That's not a "Noc and pewpew laser" thing...
Happened on diffrent occasions before too, guess it has something to do with players getting attacked by npcs and vanishing into the fog.
Saw this "contiuously attacks" also happened to myself/other players in combination with Dragon or Blue/Red ranged minions.
Looks rather funny getting hit by a stream of fireballs.

Want to know the best glitch of that type that's ever happened to me? I dc'd while an enemy was being targeted by one of our turrets, and when I reconnected the turret's laser-pointer thing would be aiming into random spots of the fog of war, and be moving. I followed the laser and encountered the champion who'd been targeted by the turret when I disconnected. Voila, a way to constantly track your enemies. I was able to ruin one of their baron attempts doing this. >:P

I had a similar thing happen to me with Maokai (Actually, a lot of glitches happen with Maokai). I flashed away from the first outer turret mid lane, the one by the inhibitor, and ran toward my base but the turret kept firing at me even though at was out of range, but with no damage, it was only visual. And the red line stayed with me all the way to mid map but disappeared when I recalled.
