The enemies don't have to be to far from it to avoid its damage making the passive useless. Now, if you absolutely wanted it lol, then Orianna's [[Command: Shockwave]] could give you a boost LOL, but I don't recommend the item. Get items that will help you eliminate crucial single targets in team fights quickly, sustain early and minimize harass mid-late game.[/quote]
