Amummu is good at any ELO because of that ult....Did we forget to mention %HP magic damage? Honestly, whether you're running an AOE comp or a "pick comp" hell even a split push comp Ammumu is extremely effective. He's also a bit more of a "skill" champ...Meaning if you don't know when a good time to bandage toss is, or you fail at skill shots, he isn't for you.
I can end a game with lee sin at 20 minutes in that elo with ease... it isn't hard because you can easily get two kills top by 5 minutes and proceed to shut down their jungler. Lee sin's lategame isn't as bad as it's made it out to be, if you build properly hes still quite strong.
You either get fed as Lee Sin and go Bloodthirster Bruiser build. Or you go Auras if you're not fed...It's really that simple, even then, he does fall off compared to other bruiser type champs...Primarily I'm thinking of Irelia/Jax top lanes. If they had they all went full build bruisers. Jax/Irelia are much better. Or that's my opinion I suppose.
