Tenacity item. Which is better?

They just dont give you much besides tenacity, and the 1k cost or more could easily be spent on something else. Your best bet instead of wasting your money is to play passive, let your lane get pushed a little and keep farming, and when the other team gets too cocky have your jungler come in and help you get a kill or two so you can start dominating your lane again. Much better way to get over a bad situation. P.S. @Xeronn: I can't hear the term 'OP' in reference to 'original poster' without a large ginger-bearded man screaming in my head "OP IS A FAGGOT!!!".
