I'm sure that when you've read the title, the first thing that came to mind was Mercury thread. But what about the other item (cloak and dagger, moonflair spellsword and eleisa's miracle)? Is there anyone that use them? If yes, i'd like to hear what are your thought about them.

Personnaly, i some time take moonflair on veigar for the bonus ap when i go for sorcerer shoes.
Thanks to TinyStar for making me this awesome sig

I picked Moonflair Spellblade once or twice in ARAM. Else it's clearly Eleisa's Miracle, which I dont like in the first place anyway.

P.S. I ignored Mercury's Thread on purpose, because it outclasses others BIG time.

In a thread about toxic players,
Go be a whiny baby elsewhere. Find and abuse the ignore button. No sense stinking up this forum with your crying.

Spellblade and eleisa's can be used in SUPER situational situations. (l0l) Cloak and dagger is garbage.

I would build Eleisa's Miracle at times when supporting so I can buy Ninja Tabi.

Other than that, the other items aren't worth the investment :/

You should NEVER get Eleisa's Miracle on a support. The active on Shurelya's is way too good to pass up as a support, especially not for a stat (tenacity) that you don't care as much about.

All those items except for Mercury's are nothing more than a huge waste of gold, especially with tenacity not stacking additively.

Why did they implement them? To shift priority from Mercury's to other boots. Did they succeed?
Only the Dodge remake made the ppl rethink about Tabi's (not that it was in any way worst before), but otherwise: No.

Not really any reason to ever get anything else besides the boots.

The OP is already aware of this, he just wants insight on the other items. Not information that has already been given a million times over.

Well. I suppose of you were going mid against a Lux or Ryze and the jungler was some CC king like Nautilus, Maokai, or Skarner and the jungler, for whatever obscene reason, has a serious taste for your ***, Moonflair Spellblade might be a decent buy. And something you sell the INSTANT lanephase is over to try and get something useful, like a Needlessly Large Rod for your fancyhat or Blasting Wand to try to finish off your ROA. Other than that, the other two items really dont build into anything useful, and their stats are too weak to make a dent in your lane if you are losing your lane (which is the ONLY reason why you would think to consider buying tenacity other than merc treads). So, yeah. I dont put much stock in anything but the shoes for 99.999999999999% of situations. They just dont give you much besides tenacity, and the 1k cost or more could easily be spent on something else. Your best bet instead of wasting your money is to play passive, let your lane get pushed a little and keep farming, and when the other team gets too cocky have your jungler come in and help you get a kill or two so you can start dominating your lane again. Much better way to get over a bad situation.

P.S. @Xeronn: I can't hear the term 'OP' in reference to 'original poster' without a large ginger-bearded man screaming in my head "OP IS A ******!!!". I've got way to many /b/tard friends.... No offense to Mr. OP in this instance, of course. I'm sure you are not, indeed, a '******'. You seam like quite the reasonable fellow, a Gentleman and a Scholar I am sure if I got to know you better.
