The tribunal doesn't ban people immediately after they show negative behavior...

You're simply assuming way too much.

If you have no concrete evidence for your claims why should you deny and reject their claims?

Can we get a lock on this thread? It's obvious the OP was banned for different violations making this thread an attempt to spread misinformation. He (the op) has multiple infractions which resulted in his ban, his claim is invalid. Thefore this thread is pointless and simply serves as a platform to try and garner support by use of improper information.

The Rioter did not explain the facts or why I was banned. He simply posted some irrelevant information about how I was an ******* in previous games that had no bearing on this Tribunal case whatsoever.

The fact of the matter is I was NOT banned for this negative behavior. Anybody who says otherwise is not using their common sense.

How could the Tribunal judges have decided to punish me based on behavior they did not see? This would be like evidence popping up after your trial and the jury says that new evidence was the reason they convicted you in the first please. Obviously this is impossible since it only surfaced after their decision was already made!

Whether or not my ***holish behavior should get me punished is completely irrelevant here. We're talking about this Tribunal case that I was punished for in which I accused a hacker of hacking. If I am punished for that, what other conclusions can be drawn from it?

That's not how the tribunal works.

You get put on trial after MULTIPLE cases of bad behavior.

Because there are MULTIPLE cases, it's IMPOSSIBLE to show EACH AND EVERY ONE. Some people have HUNDREDS of reports in ONE MONTH. Are the people on tribunal going to look at each one? **** no.

The one case where you reported someone for hacking was COINCIDENTALLY the one they chose to show in the tribunal. It's a COINCIDENCE.

The Rioter SAID THE REASONS about why you were banned: negative behavior. He STATED IT in his post.

Now look at it from the "hacker's" perspective. Would you feel bad if SOMEONE ELSE called you a 'hacker' if you really weren't hacking, and that someone else threatened to report you? I know I would. That's a case of NEGATIVE behavior for that someone else. Also, you DIDN'T GIVE US PROOF.

Lastly, are you SURE Riot DID NOT do anything if they were indeed hacking? I'm pretty sure Riot doesn't post EVERY LITTLE THING on the forums, and that includes ONE CASE of hacking. ONE CASE. If there were MULTIPLE, HUNDREDS, or THOUSANDS then yes they absolutely will. But this is ONE CASE.

He was banned for being reported in 26% of his games and having 5 Tribunal cases in 2 months. He's acquired hundreds of reports in just a few months.

Just want to highlight this again.

And then LOL.
Tri lane for life.

As I pointed out in this thread, the Blitzcrank was apparently also banned.

Alright and then that case should have resulted in a pardon then, not the ban. Whether or not you think I should be banned for behavior not in this case is irrelevant to the decision made in this case. If I'm on trial for a specific crime, you can't find me guilty of that crime because of a different one. I've said it several times. Even if I committed a burglary, you can't find me guilty of a false murder just to make sure I get punished for the burglary. You have to address the burglary itself.

No, what he stated was behavior that did not show up in the Tribunal case, and then tried to say these were the reasons the Tribunal judges decided to ban me. This is, of course, impossible when the Tribunal judges had not seen or heard any of what he said.

Locking this.

The fact that someone was apparently hacking has nothing to do with getting banned for negative behavior and is most certainly not a sign of Riot supporting hackers. Trying to spread the message that Riot supports hacking while misinforming everyone who reads this is not something we condone.
