Hey guys, I wanted to start a discussion on taking flash and ghost on an ADC. Typically, I only do it on one carry, and that's ashe. She's built to kite, and ghost/flash complements her kit perfectly. For most carries, I'll either take ignite/f or cleanse/f. If they have a dominant laning phase and can kill, like corki ez graves trist, i'll take flash ignite. If they don't have a heavy cc and I'm playing someone like vayne or cait, i'll take heal just for added security in lane, but I'll typically run cleanse on those champs. I'm just thinking out loud here, but I would assume that if you can skip cleanse on vayne, ghost flash would be extremely effective.

Carrys I could see myself taking G/F on:
Ashe, vayne, twitch, sivir

F/ignite:
graves, ez, draven, corki, tristana, adc nidalee,

cleanse/F:
vayne, caitlyn, twitch

Heal/F:
caitlyn, maybe tristana (definite maybe)

Ghost/Flash isn't bad on Draven either, ran it before. uber mobility is more useful to him after laning phase, but sometimes securing kills without Ignite is a ***** in lane.

I'd figure ignite is mandatory on draven, since it's
win lane, win game
lose lane, lose game
tie lane, lose game

I always run G/F on Vayne except if I would need a cleanse.

Another thing I've seen was the occasional carry using Exhaust together with their support. Double exhaust lane can be pretty harsh on an unprepared carry, and it also helps disengage from single targets/save your *** from gap closers

Draven holds up better into end-game than people think he does, but generally he has to do pretty damn terribly in lane to actually cause a loss by himself. He still carries regardless of getting no kills as long as he's outfarming the enemy carry (Unless it's vayne, or something)

But yea, Ignite is usually a better option.

Interesting thought, but here is why I think ghost is inferior on kog'maw.

90% of the kog'maw games I play are with nunu support. I don't like to play kog'maw with any other support. I also rush phantom dancers. With level 5 bloodboil, passive q, and PD, I have a jillion ASPD. The problem with ghost, is that it's virtually impossible to kite effectively with kog'maw when you have over 1.7 attack speed. There's almost no point, because ever .5 sec you're turning around to attack. Your best bet is to pack cleanse or heal, and just stand your ground. You should be far out of range of your target, and if you get jumped, ghost won't save you, but cleanse might. Also, since i play almost exclusively with bloodboil on, it's like i'm ghosted all the time anyways.

This might be wrong, I don't know. But i've never EVER seen a kog run ghost/flash.

Yeah, as far as I know the pro scene, most Kog'Maws run Cleanse/ Flash. Heal is after his nerf basically back to the old level, so I wouldn't use it anymore on anyone except maybe Vladimir( Tides of Blood).

I've always ran F/C on Ashe, because ghost really doesn't matter if a rampant garen shoves his **** into your mouth.
