I always run G/F on Vayne except if I would need a cleanse.
Another thing I've seen was the occasional carry using
Exhaust together with their support. Double exhaust lane can be pretty harsh on an unprepared carry, and it also helps disengage from single targets/save your *** from gap closers

90% of the kog'maw games I play are with nunu support. I don't like to play kog'maw with any other support. I also rush phantom dancers.
