I do not think I was very clear in my first post; so let me address some of your confusion. Firstly, I do not upgrade Stinger into Nashor's Tooth until the other components of my build have been finished. Therefore, you aren't wasting any of your gold on ability power early - mid game. I realize that I broke 2.5 Attack Speed in this build, and that is typically why I end up selling Wit's End in the build for something like a Bloodthirster. All in all, there is no denial that Stinger is a great item on Xin Zhao, but it shouldn't be upgraded until the other components of your build are complete.

@Pluckin Penguin Umm... have you seen my item build? I have a Youmuu's Ghostblade and Randuin's Omen both give cdr. Stinger is certainly a strong item, but Nashor's Tooth gives too many dead stats to be worth it; 65 AP only gives an extra 46 health every third hit, so on average every hit gives an extra 15 hp. Meanwhile a Vampiric Scepter gives 10 % life steal at a price of 450 gold, taking that is a point where too much CDR and ATS become a problem. When you break 40% CDR it becomes a dead stat, and when you break 2.5 ATS it becomes dead too. So its best to just buy AD at that point, because very rarely into consideration you would only need 140 AD to break even for an item over 2k gold cheaper. Also there would you be in a long dragged out fight. Most fights in LoL are hit and run, so burst damage becomes more important. With my build I made it so that if you get 3 hits on opponent with Q then the CD on w would reset. However I do agree with you on Frozen Heart, the item is amazing for price and stats. I would recommend getting it over Randuin's Omen if the enemy team is mostly AD as opposed to a more balanced team.

Play Max CDR Xin Zhao and you'll feel the power.

You should really consider a CDR Xin Zhao. It's insanely powerful in combination with Three-Talon Strike's CDR reduction. One item in particular that is insanely underrated on him is Stinger. It gives him CDR which is great, and Attack Speed which is fantastic. Combining Nashor's Tooth with another CDR item Frozen Heart does amazing things. Need proof well here it is:

That build would work, but I don't like taking two B.F sword for the fact they aren't very cost efficient. I would either get Bloodthirster or Black Cleaver and use last slot for more defenses. The tri-force is a core item on Xin in my opinion, so I don't really advise removing it.

I got another build out of your items, while adding Black Cleaver. With Black Cleaver, your team can easily deal with nearly any tank you hit.

Of course, not much crit, but for that a good combo of HP, resistances, AD, AS and lifesteal. And you could also replace Youmuu's Ghostblade with Phantom Dancer, but I think, the CDR is superior. Another option would be Last Whisper, which helps more you, but less your team.
