I search for a program like that...OF COURSE I COULD LOOK FOR GOOGLE....but i dont want trashy **** like NetMeter or something.
I had a Program once, i twas a 10 day or 30 day Trial version, it showed me in detail what proccess&what IP's upload/download in my Network n stuff and i could limit the upload/download range for that, for example Windows Update is downloading its updates at maximum speed? Nope, not anymore.
But i cant find this program again, any help :(?

Maybe Wireshark is what you want?

I had to use Wireshark for school last year, it's free and a pretty neat program. Can recommend it :)
