I guess some of the things I am most interested in are things like....
Will there be more team fights at the buffs? Kinda like dragon/baron
What junglers that shined before may do better or worse?
Not a avid jungler, but want to be educated on why this is going to affect the other roles. And what affects will that be?
Will certain tops that we see a lot of now go jungle, so will there be a change in the other lanes because of the changes?

Try read through it again... it explains pretty much what will happen to the current jungle.
Old jungle was all about being able to hit all NPCs at the camps simultaneously to clear them faster and gank the lanes early.
New jungle will support single-target dmg champs more and make clearing the jungle more exhausting, leaving the jungler with less hp and therefore taking some of the gank pressure from lanes -> more aggressive gameplay (that's what Riot is at least hoping for)
I only wonder if those changes will damn the jungler to be not effective anymore, killing his current role of jungling and replacing it by a counter-jungling and lvl 1 lane ganking type.

s1 jungle = strong camps, whoever CAN clear and transitions well is picked
s2 jungle = weak camps, jungler goes gp5, focuses on presence early game while other lanes take the camps
s3 jungle = somewhat strong camps, removed leashs, harder for lanes to take camps, increased gold on wolves decrease on wraiths
IT's too hard to determine how it'd affect the meta atm. Have to wait for real testing before we can actually come to conclusions. Theorycrafting only gets you so far.

Pet junglers will be stronger in S3 due to new monster aiming system.
Heimerdinger new OP jungler?

Quoted:
Jungle monsters now attack the nearest target rather than attempting to chase their original attacker to make their behavior more consistent
Dunno where you got your weird ideas from again, but with Statikk's statement here: The moment your pet's closer to the npc than you are, it gets pummeled.
Close enough: Your pets insta dies without doing anything leaving you behind.
What you got: A very short leash effect that helps you close to nothing instead of simply being a good jungler.
And I dont see any Zyra spamming ANY pet on lvl 1/
being even close to the word "spamming" on early levels without CDR.
Same as every other LoL pokemon trainer.
