Also, I'd skip the Wriggle's Lantern and go for Madred's Bloodrazor - more on-hit power to go with your Wit's End. It also means you can skip out the Frozen Heart for something a bit more useful, like Frozen Mallet, Guardian Angel or Spirit Visage ( Frozen Heart isn't actually a bad choice either, I'm just giving alternatives).

I'm going to be adding other item builds (I have another on-hit build focused more on damage/attack speed) once ive finished the few sections I havent gotten around do yet. Some games I do run Madred's Bloodrazor if the adc is having trouble downing people, every game is different and a good player always builds to be as useful as possible. What I have is simply an outline detailing how I usually run Warwick, the only time i try to secure a kill for myself is when a carry isn't around. I'm more focused on soaking up and restoring any damage as you tend to get focused after popping Infinite Duress

If you pop smite immediately then it refreshes as soon as you get to red. I run this build at least 20 games a week and havent had either buff stolen for quite some time. Yeah, its still in progress as you can see, some sections to be finished and whatnot.

That's great, but you'll get your buffs jacked, which helps no one on your team. If you're not getting your buffs jacked, then you haven't been playing against people who know how to counter-jungle. The amount of times I manage to steal red/blue from enemies with just a ward and Smite is just ridiculous. You should really take counter-measures against counter-jungling.

Why would you ever pop smite as soon as it is leashed. This is asking for your buff to be stolen. I like this guide so far, as you did say it is unfinished, so I won't give it a vote yet. Just a side note, try to be a little more creative, there are to many guides (including mine!) that say this is the bread of butter of x, and I can't count the number of times x has saved me from y.

Edit: I upvoted your guide, but TURN ON COMMENT TO VOTE, to many trolls.
