Itemization will change, yes, but the person is asking about the now. Also, for a "meta out of the window" environment, the items you quoted are all usually used on her in the current meta, apart only for DFG which is actually getting note-worthy changes.

I Disagree with the Athene's
Ahri isn't mana hungry and the recent nerfs to the item makes it less worthy of being in an Ahri build
It hasn't been nerfed on live. Right now it's pretty OP.
