You could google as well, just sayin.

Also, users of the ACE client will automatically bypass the busy queue.

Wasn't aware of the ACE client having that kind of feature. Oh well, I'll wait for 3.0 before trying it out. Also anyone know if Riot considers it "cheating"?

Riot's official stance on client modifications is "Everything's allowed, but we reserve the right to selectively disallow tools/modifications we deem too unfair", as far as I know.
