Don't go based on the spotlight completely, they nerfed him slightly afterwards as he was Xin style OP

Lol, I just played a game with him. I went top with my friend playing as Nasus. I got a first blood and the double kill! ^^ He is so fun, he has little survability is what I've noticed.
So far I've just used this build:
