You mention all the above cons and still call im legit as AD-carry in ranked ?
He can´t really lane on the bot lane against heroes like Caitlyn, Tristana, Kog'Maw with Janna, Sona or Lulu due to their superior range, and you cant lane against heroes like Graves, Vayne or Miss Fortune, with Alistair, Blitzcrank or Volibear since you are so squishy, and they just kill you.

Your blind will help against them, but your damage will be subpar, since you have no real steroid skill or AD-skaling skill. Bot lane will just be free farm for the opponent carry, escpecially in ranked. :/

Maybe you could describe which support will help you survive/farm against the above mentioned opponents ?
I would just play him with Malady,Wits End and put him on top to counter for example Garen or Darius.

This build is made for a different view on Teemo, if you do not like the fact I use Teemo as an AD carry, then I would advice you not looking at the guide at all, because it will just waste your time :P

Deeper analysis!
This guide doesn't really make me want to try it out. There's just nothing in it that compels me so maybe adding in some screen shots of your scores and a stronger tone in your words can help that. This build lacks damage output until the Infinity Edge which you don't get until after Phantom Dancer. Unlike Vayne who can only sort of pull this off, Teemo simply doesn't have that luxury. If you could explain your choices clearer, it will be much appreciated.

2 things primarily: 1. The guide is poorly written and formatted.
2. AD teemo is very very subpar compared to many other AD Carries, there is almost no reason to play AD Teemo, I know this is kinda just hate, but I see no reason why you shouldn't go Hybrid, or AP Teemo, because it is signifigantly more viable. IF you think otherwise, tell the people reading the guide, show them.
