Yup, it's quite annoying. On the up-side, I no longer have to take attack speed to get ArPen on Talon. BUT I DON'T FKIN WANT AP ON UDYR, OR WARWICK, OR WHOEVER FKIN ELSE I JUST WANT MAGIC PEN ON.

Thats the problem no matter where they put it it will hurt some champs. Its nice you dont need 4% attack speed on riven talon etc but sucks for the magic dmg dealers.

It's really annoying for me, but what's the most annoying is that the armor and MR and now second tier. :(
But on the bright side, attack speed is first tier now. :D

Yeah, needing Havoc on Talon was another thing that annoyed me. I know it's a horrible mastery, but what else am I meant to take, AP?
