Your Most Broken/OP S3 Find?

I have heard many people tout TBC on pretty much everyone, although I haven't exploited it too much. What champions have you had the most success with TBC stacking on? I've heard [[Talon]] which makes total sense. I heard Wickd on stream the other day absolutely raving about Riven with Black Cleaver and Blade of the Ruined King. So how bout it? What do you think is the most overpowered thing in the game atm?[/quote]
