There is no gold increase. It's just the same thing the first 11 minutes and with a champion like 
Amumu you'll be ganking more than farming, and after that everyone steals your camps because they're laughaby easy to kill.
But other than that, Skarner is hilariously fast, and with the new items he just got better.
Kinda sad Malphite jungle is trash now, he used to be my favorite. D:

I'm thinking it may be Darius, with an emphasis on late game domination. His clear times are STUPID fast with the combo of the machete and his passive. At least, that's who i've namely been jungling in S3 and im pretty impressed by it. Really it's hard to say, even in the competitive scene its hard to name #1, usually it's "top 5" or something like that.

Olaf has always been a strong pick in the jungle. In Season 3 natural-sustain has become an important factor in jungle clears, and Olaf has that, putting him in a better position than those who have to spam pots in their first clear. Let's not forget the ambience gold and his versatility in build options.

Changed my mind. Just watched Stonewall's Elise jungle... her sustain and clear times are crazy. Im going to have to pick her up and start using her, I think she is going to be a tip top pick.
Oh, and wtf flask and machete on a jungler. Never even thought of that.
