Who will be the best jungler for competetive S3?

His shield used to be op because he'd have such a short cd, but now the shield technically shields for less because armor/mr nerfs. Frozen heart isn't op anymore and force of nature is gone :( Plus he is an aoe jungler and also wastes money buying a madreds that isn't the most cost efficient item on him for early game gold (he basically has to now as machete is essential )[/quote]
