For me in game every time i play since new update it just says Shen's basic attack deals bonus magic damage shows no scaling or all info it did b4 did they nerf it?

I got the same question, what does the bonus damage bases on?

Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

Either max HP or bonus HP, don't remember. I think max.
