I don't see the passive as an important part after lv 18. It's a good source of health and mana, but recently I have been starting to use other things in place of the second one so this guide will be getting updated sortly
that is true, the passive isn't that useful if you buy it late game. also i don't think twin shadow is that good of an idea,it gives you movement speed but i don't think it's passive fits Singed that good,you can use megadhesive to help you escape,however they are somehow useful in taking down enemies that decided to flee
also i did read the guide. everything is the same expect when i take W and runes. and some of your items are a mess. why 2 rod of ages? it's unique passive

you said that my build is not a bad idea but that just runes are off and then you down voted. look at CrowElder's post. he did neither upvote or downvote yet he still gave me a lot of feedback on how to improve
i love how you come to my guide and downvote it even tough i changed it a lot from the one i deleted. your build is pretty much the same expect for 1 item.
and you even took Clarity. seriously? tear of goddess gives you infinite mana sustain, a lot of health,it's upgraded version archangel's staff and seraph's embrace give you ap and allows you to use a better summoner spell. tear of the goddess and it's upgrades beat clarity in every way possible,yet you still complain that building tear of goddess on singed is bad
