It wasn't me. I've learned to make shots count and time things properly, making ability spamming effective. And I never start with a Doran's Blade with her. 99% of the time it's a waste of gold.

-1. About a week ago, I laned with one scrub Caitlyn who ran Ignite/ Clarity. I sincerely hope it wasn't you. She also started Doran's Blade, so I already knew she couldn't carry, so I did what every good support would do when faced with a ******ed carry - I took her farm and kills.

A good Caitlyn does not spam her abilities. She makes each shot count by waiting for openings.

I guess you could say this is a guide for spell spammers/people with mana conservation issues. If you don't struggle with that then you can get away with running something else but I've always been the most effective as Cait when I've had the peace of mind in knowing that I'm going to have that mana there for me. That's one of the most central points of this guide and pretty much the reason I wrote it.

I'll work on reformatting the runes though because I agree, I don't really like the current look of it.

ALTHOUGH (dun dun duuuuuun), the runes section is a bit bunched up, making it rather confusing. Also, you have some walls of text. On Clarity, you should not waste a spot in your summoner spells because of mana issues, and usually if you have mana issues it is wise to work on that. If you do have mana issues, get some mana regen items early game, or sometimes your support might have this spell already.
