BBCoding Things with the Same Name

How do I bbcode [[janna]]'s [[zephyr]] instead of the item [[zephyr]]? [[janna]] isn't the only one with this problem. There's also [[volibear]]'s [[frenzy]] and the mastery [[frenzy]].[/quote]
